Everything you do — every action, even every thought — is made up of  energy. This energy acts like a boomerang and always returns to you.  When you send out good energy, that’s what returns. There is no better  energy than doing selfless deeds for others. There is no feeling  quite like the feeling of charity. Giving and helping are one of the  most rewarding and productive things that you can do in life. Not  everyone has the same luck or lack thereof in life, making it a  wonderful idea for everyone to spread kindness and compassion no matter  where they go.I think charity can give you a spiritual reward that is more beneficial than a material rewards. There are tons of things that one can do to help others,  making your kind gestures something that can happen often and in a  limitless amount of ways. Everywhere you turn, you will see someone that  is having trouble, or going through a hard time. I get that  warm, fuzzy, needed feeling when I help others. It feels good. When you step into hands-on charity work, you’ll feel like you’re really turning things around.Everyone has regrets, and some of us are hard on ourselves for past  actions. When you step into hands-on charity work, you’ll feel like  you’re really turning things around. Not that charity work erases  wrongdoings; but there is a satisfaction that brings a shift to your  self-worth when you feel you’re finally contributing more positive than  negative actions to the world. Sometimes, the only thing you have to do is be there: talk, and  listen. This is something that requires no extra effort on your part.  Just being there! Some people may be grieving through a loss, whether  it be someone they know, a job, a pet, or even a home. Others are going  through a break up, divorce, or abuse. These people need someone to  talk to and cheer them up. It can be a very difficult task, but your  tone of voice, intent, and clear compassion will make all of the  difference.Working for charities is a mutually beneficial relationship. They need  you, and you need them just as much. Get involved and start reaping the  spiritual benefits of charity work.
